Let’s just stay in.

Notice how the “t” in “just” disappears, to make it easy to get to the /s/ sound in”stay”. Also the /j/ sound at the end of “stay” means you can move straight on to the next word without stopping.

“Stay in” means “Stay at home”. The phrase is a suggestion not to go out. Perhaps because the weather’s not very nice.
