Notice that, with the stress on the first syllable of “after”, the second syllable becomes the weak sound /ə/.

We often say this when we’re saying goodbye to someone. I thought it was appropriate as a lot of people here are catching colds and flu, so everyone needs to take better care of themselves when the weather gets cold and wet.
